1. INTRODUCTION

This Creator Monetization Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between Reliable Web®, Inc., a Texas corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas, United States ("MEAAGE," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and any eligible individual, content creator, influencer, broadcaster, professional, business, or organization participating in MEAAGE's creator monetization programs ("Creator," "you," or "your").

MEAAGE is a global social networking, professional networking, entertainment, and business platform that enables users to connect, communicate, create, publish, broadcast, and engage with communities worldwide.

MEAAGE may provide eligible Creators with opportunities to generate revenue through approved features, including live streaming, Live Mingle, paid subscriptions, virtual gifts, tips, premium content, sponsorships, and other authorized monetization services.

This Agreement governs participation in those programs, including eligibility, earnings, payments, prohibited content, intellectual property, taxes, enforcement, and account responsibilities.

By applying for, activating, or participating in any MEAAGE monetization feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Participation is also subject to MEAAGE's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any applicable program-specific terms.

2. CREATOR ELIGIBILITY

To participate in MEAAGE's Creator Monetization Program, you must:

1. Be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2. Maintain an active MEAAGE account in good standing.
3. Provide accurate and current registration information.
4. Complete any required identity verification or Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
5. Provide valid payment and tax information when requested.
6. Reside in a country or jurisdiction where MEAAGE monetization services are available and legally permitted.
7. Comply with all applicable laws and MEAAGE policies.
8. Own or possess the necessary rights to content you monetize.
9. Avoid fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited monetization activities.
10. Satisfy any additional eligibility requirements published for specific monetization programs.

MEAAGE reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke monetization eligibility based on legitimate business, compliance, security, or policy considerations, subject to applicable law.

Creating a MEAAGE account does not automatically qualify a user for monetization.

3. APPROVED CREATOR MONETIZATION FEATURES

MEAAGE may offer the following monetization opportunities, subject to availability and separate program terms.

3.1 Live Streaming

Eligible Creators may earn revenue through approved live broadcasts, including:

• Virtual gifts and viewer tips.
• Authorized paid live events.
• Approved sponsorships.
• Eligible advertising revenue-sharing programs.
• Other live-streaming monetization features expressly authorized by MEAAGE.

Live streams must comply with the Platform's content and safety standards.

3.2 Live Mingle — One-on-One Video Chat

MEAAGE's Live Mingle feature may allow eligible Creators to provide lawful, non-explicit, professional, educational, entertainment, or social interaction services through video communication.

Where monetization is enabled, MEAAGE may permit approved paid sessions or other authorized compensation methods.

Live Mingle must never be used to sell sexual interactions, explicit performances, prostitution-related services, or any other prohibited activity.

3.3 Creator Subscriptions and Premium Memberships

Eligible Creators may offer approved premium experiences, including:

• Exclusive non-prohibited content.
• Educational programs and tutorials.
• Professional networking sessions.
• Community memberships.
• Entertainment broadcasts.
• Premium discussions or other approved digital experiences.

Subscription pricing, billing periods, cancellation requirements, and revenue-sharing terms will be disclosed through the applicable feature or program schedule.

3.4 Virtual Gifts and Tips

MEAAGE may enable viewers and members to support Creators through virtual gifts, tips, or other digital rewards.

Virtual gifts do not necessarily represent cash, monetary value, or transferable property.

Only gifts or rewards expressly designated as eligible for Creator earnings may generate a payable amount.

Conversion rates, applicable fees, eligibility, and payout conditions must be disclosed before Creators participate in the relevant program.

3.5 Advertising and Sponsored Content

Creators may participate in approved advertising and sponsorship opportunities, subject to applicable advertising rules.

Creators must clearly disclose material sponsorship relationships, paid endorsements, and affiliate relationships as required by law.

MEAAGE does not guarantee advertising inventory, sponsorship opportunities, or minimum advertising revenue.

3.6 Affiliate and Referral Earnings

Creators may participate in MEAAGE's authorized affiliate and referral programs.

Referral eligibility, commission percentages, qualifying transactions, and payout conditions are governed by the applicable Affiliate and Referral Program Terms.

Self-referrals, fabricated registrations, fraudulent transactions, and misleading promotions are prohibited.

3.7 Additional Monetization Opportunities

MEAAGE may introduce additional Creator revenue opportunities, including eligible digital products, paid events, educational services, or other lawful commercial features.

New programs may require separate acceptance of additional terms.

4. STRICT PROHIBITION ON MONETIZING ADULT, SEXUAL, HATEFUL, OR VIOLENT CONTENT

4.1 Absolute Monetization Restriction

MEAAGE STRICTLY PROHIBITS THE MONETIZATION OF ALL ADULT OR SEXUAL CONTENT, HATEFUL CONTENT, AND VIOLENT CONTENT THROUGH ITS PLATFORM.

This restriction applies to every Creator, regardless of account type, membership status, audience size, geographic location, verification status, or monetization method.

The restriction applies even when certain sensitive subject matter may otherwise be permitted for lawful educational, historical, artistic, documentary, or journalistic discussion.

Permission to publish content does not mean permission to monetize that content.

4.2 Adult and Sexual Content

Creators may not generate revenue from:

• Pornography or sexually explicit content.
• Nude or sexually suggestive performances intended for sexual gratification.
• Sexual acts or explicit sexual entertainment.
• Adult-oriented paid video chats.
• Sexual solicitation or commercial sexual services.
• Explicit sexual imagery, audio, or recordings.
• Paid access to sexually explicit websites or content.
• Adult entertainment subscriptions.
• Sexual fetish performances or commercialized sexual interactions.
• Any other adult or sexual content determined ineligible for monetization under MEAAGE's policies.

This prohibition applies to live streaming, Live Mingle, private messaging, premium groups, subscriptions, gifts, tips, advertisements, external payment links, and all other revenue-generating methods.

4.3 Hateful Content

Creators may not monetize:

• Hate speech.
• Content promoting unlawful discrimination or identity-based hostility.
• Violent extremist propaganda.
• Content advocating genocide, persecution, or identity-based violence.
• Harassment or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics.
• Paid access to hateful organizations, campaigns, or materials.
• Merchandise or promotional content encouraging hateful violence.

4.4 Violent Content

Creators may not monetize:

• Graphic or extreme violence.
• Real-world assaults, killings, or torture presented for entertainment or glorification.
• Threats or incitement of violence.
• Terrorist propaganda.
• Violent criminal activities.
• Content promoting physical abuse or cruelty.
• Paid broadcasts depicting violent criminal conduct.
• Material encouraging dangerous acts likely to cause serious physical harm.

4.5 No Indirect Monetization or Circumvention

Creators may not circumvent these restrictions by:

• Using external payment processors.
• Redirecting followers to paid adult websites.
• Charging for private access to prohibited material.
• Accepting tips or gifts in exchange for prohibited performances.
• Selling prohibited content through marketplace listings.
• Using affiliate links to generate revenue from prohibited activities.
• Establishing paid groups primarily intended to distribute prohibited content.
• Disguising prohibited content as educational or entertainment material to obtain monetization approval.

4.6 Enforcement

Violations may result in:

1. Immediate removal of monetization eligibility.
2. Disabling of affected Creator revenue features.
3. Removal of prohibited content.
4. Suspension of Creator payouts where legally permitted.
5. Reversal of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
6. Temporary or permanent account suspension.
7. Permanent termination of Creator monetization privileges.
8. Referral of suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

Any payment withholding, refund, reversal, or forfeiture must comply with applicable law and relevant payment agreements.

MEAAGE retains discretion to determine content eligibility under its published policies, subject to applicable law.

5. CREATOR REVENUE AND EARNINGS

5.1 Revenue Calculation

Creator earnings may be calculated using:

• Qualifying subscription revenue.
• Eligible virtual gifts and tips.
• Approved advertising revenue.
• Paid sessions or premium experiences.
• Affiliate or referral commissions.
• Other authorized monetization transactions.

Revenue-sharing percentages, Creator fees, transaction costs, and applicable deductions will be disclosed in the relevant monetization dashboard, program schedule, or supplemental agreement.

MEAAGE does not establish a universal Creator revenue-sharing percentage under this Agreement.

5.2 Net Earnings

Where applicable, Creator net earnings may reflect deductions for:

• Disclosed MEAAGE platform fees.
• Payment processing fees.
• Refunds and chargebacks.
• Applicable taxes or required withholding.
• Currency conversion charges.
• Fraudulent or invalid transactions.
• Other deductions expressly authorized by applicable program terms or law.

Fees and calculation methods will be communicated through applicable program disclosures.

5.3 No Guaranteed Income

MEAAGE makes no guarantee concerning:

• Minimum Creator earnings.
• Audience growth.
• Advertising revenue.
• Subscriber acquisition.
• Virtual gift income.
• Sponsorship opportunities.
• Referral conversions.
• Continued availability of monetization features.

Creator earnings depend on eligible activity, audience participation, program terms, and other relevant factors.

6. PAYOUTS AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

6.1 Payment Methods

MEAAGE may support approved payout methods through its designated payment service providers.

Available payout methods may vary by country, Creator eligibility, and payment provider.

6.2 Payout Requirements

Creators must:

• Complete applicable identity verification.
• Provide accurate payout information.
• Satisfy applicable tax documentation requirements.
• Meet any disclosed minimum payout threshold.
• Comply with payment-provider requirements.
• Maintain an account in good standing.

6.3 Payment Schedule

Payout frequency, minimum withdrawal thresholds, processing periods, and applicable fees will be disclosed in the Creator dashboard or applicable program terms.

No specific payout date is guaranteed unless expressly stated in an applicable written payment schedule.

6.4 Payment Delays

Payments may be delayed when reasonably necessary due to:

• Identity verification.
• Fraud investigations.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions.
• Payment-provider restrictions.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Suspected violations of this Agreement.

MEAAGE will administer payment holds and releases in accordance with applicable law and relevant payment terms.

6.5 Currency and Conversion

Payments may be processed in supported currencies.

Creators are responsible for applicable currency conversion charges and receiving-bank fees disclosed by their payment providers.

7. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Creator earnings may be adjusted for legitimate refunds, reversals, and chargebacks in accordance with the applicable transaction terms.

Creators must not:

• Generate artificial transactions.
• Process payments using stolen financial information.
• Manipulate refunds or chargebacks.
• Encourage fraudulent purchases.
• Use coordinated transactions to inflate earnings.

MEAAGE may investigate suspicious transactions and adjust affected earnings where permitted by law.

8. CREATOR CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE

8.1 Ownership

Creators retain ownership of original content they lawfully create and upload, subject to any third-party rights.

Participation in monetization does not transfer ownership of Creator content to MEAAGE.

8.2 License to MEAAGE

By uploading content, Creators grant MEAAGE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, format, and technically adapt the content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and provide the Platform and its authorized services.

This license is subject to the Platform's Terms of Service, applicable privacy rights, and applicable law.

8.3 Third-Party Rights

Creators must possess all rights and permissions required to monetize their content.

Creators are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for music, images, video footage, trademarks, and other protected material.

Unauthorized monetization of copyrighted or otherwise protected content is prohibited.

9. CREATOR CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators must:

• Treat members respectfully.
• Publish accurate and lawful content.
• Avoid harassment, bullying, and discrimination.
• Respect privacy and consent.
• Refrain from fraud or manipulation.
• Follow advertising disclosure requirements.
• Avoid exploiting vulnerable users.
• Comply with MEAAGE's Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.

Creators must not use their audience, influence, or monetization privileges to facilitate unlawful or harmful conduct.

10. CHILD SAFETY AND AGE-RESTRICTED CONTENT

MEAAGE prohibits all forms of child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, and trafficking.

Creators must never:

• Monetize sexual content involving minors.
• Solicit sexually explicit material from minors.
• Engage in grooming or exploitation.
• Promote or facilitate trafficking.
• Use monetization features to exploit children.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where required or appropriate.

Creators must comply with applicable child protection and privacy laws.

11. FRAUDULENT MONETIZATION AND ARTIFICIAL ENGAGEMENT

Creators are prohibited from:

• Purchasing fake views, followers, or engagement.
• Using bots to manipulate revenue.
• Creating fraudulent subscriptions.
• Generating fake tips or gifts.
• Conducting unauthorized self-referrals.
• Participating in coordinated payment fraud.
• Manipulating advertising impressions.
• Using stolen accounts or payment instruments.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent monetization restrictions.

MEAAGE may remove invalid earnings and restrict accounts associated with fraudulent activity.

12. SPONSORED CONTENT AND ADVERTISING DISCLOSURES

Creators who receive compensation, free products, gifts, commissions, or other benefits in exchange for promotional content must disclose material relationships as required by applicable law.

Creators must not make false or misleading advertising claims.

Sponsored content must comply with MEAAGE's advertising policies.

Creators are responsible for complying with applicable Federal Trade Commission endorsement and advertising requirements and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.

13. TAXES AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying applicable taxes on their earnings.

MEAAGE or its payment partners may request tax information and issue applicable tax documents when required by law.

MEAAGE may withhold taxes where legally required.

Creators are responsible for maintaining appropriate financial records and seeking independent tax advice where necessary.

14. INTERNATIONAL CREATOR PARTICIPATION

MEAAGE may offer monetization services in multiple countries, subject to local availability and legal restrictions.

Creators must comply with applicable laws governing:

• Online content.
• Advertising and consumer protection.
• Taxation.
• Financial transactions.
• Data protection.
• Intellectual property.
• Employment and independent business activity.
• Sanctions and payment restrictions.

MEAAGE may restrict monetization features in certain jurisdictions based on legal, regulatory, operational, or payment-provider requirements.

15. INDEPENDENT CREATOR STATUS

Participation in MEAAGE's Creator Monetization Program does not, by itself, establish an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between the Creator and Reliable Web, Inc.

Creators generally operate independently and control their own lawful content creation activities.

Nothing in this Agreement overrides an employment classification or other legal relationship required by applicable law.

Creators are not authorized to enter contracts or assume obligations on behalf of MEAAGE without express written authorization.

16. PLATFORM MONITORING AND CONTENT REVIEW

MEAAGE may use automated systems, human review, user reports, and other lawful moderation methods to identify potential violations.

MEAAGE may review publicly available content and investigate reported or suspected violations, including private interactions to the extent permitted by applicable law, user consent, and the Privacy Policy.

MEAAGE does not guarantee that every item of content or communication will be reviewed.

Creators must not assume that monetized or private content is exempt from Platform rules.

17. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF MONETIZATION

MEAAGE may suspend or terminate Creator monetization privileges for:

• Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Monetization of prohibited content.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Repeated intellectual property infringement.
• Serious safety violations.
• Failure to satisfy verification requirements.
• Material violations of this Agreement.
• Legal or payment-provider restrictions.

For serious violations, MEAAGE may take immediate action without advance notice where legally permitted.

Termination of monetization privileges does not automatically eliminate the Creator's entitlement to valid, earned, and legally payable amounts.

Final settlement will be subject to applicable law, legitimate refunds, chargebacks, authorized deductions, and relevant payment terms.

18. CREATOR APPEALS

Creators may request review of monetization restrictions or account enforcement decisions through any available MEAAGE appeal process.

MEAAGE may consider relevant evidence, account history, the nature of the violation, and applicable legal requirements.

An appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

19. MODIFICATION OR DISCONTINUATION OF PROGRAMS

MEAAGE may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue monetization features.

Changes may involve:

• Eligibility requirements.
• Available earning methods.
• Revenue-sharing arrangements.
• Payment processing methods.
• Minimum payout thresholds.
• Supported countries.
• Content monetization standards.

Material changes to economic terms will be disclosed as required by applicable law and any applicable program-specific agreement.

Changes will not retroactively reduce valid, accrued earnings except as permitted by law and applicable agreed terms.

20. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By participating in Creator monetization, you represent and warrant that:

1. You meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
2. Your registration and payment information is accurate.
3. You possess necessary rights to monetize your content.
4. Your activities comply with applicable laws.
5. You will not monetize prohibited adult, sexual, hateful, or violent content.
6. You will not engage in fraud or artificial engagement.
7. You will comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements.
8. You will not knowingly infringe third-party rights.

21. DISCLAIMERS

MEAAGE monetization services are provided subject to availability, applicable law, and the disclaimers contained in the Platform's Terms of Service.

MEAAGE does not guarantee uninterrupted access, continued monetization eligibility, specific revenue levels, or the availability of any particular monetization feature.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reliable Web, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in Creator monetization programs, except where such exclusions are prohibited by law.

Any applicable liability caps, exceptions, and mandatory legal protections shall be governed by MEAAGE's Terms of Service and applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

23. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creators agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reliable Web, Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and authorized representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

• Creator content that violates third-party rights.
• Fraudulent or unlawful Creator activities.
• Material breaches of this Agreement.
• Unauthorized use of protected intellectual property.
• Violations of applicable advertising or consumer protection laws.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from MEAAGE's own unlawful conduct or other circumstances for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

24. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute resolution, jurisdiction, and venue shall be governed by MEAAGE's applicable Terms of Service, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws and other non-waivable rights.

25. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Reliable Web, Inc. may update this Agreement to reflect changes in monetization features, laws, payment-provider requirements, security standards, or business operations.

Updated terms will be published on MEAAGE.com.

Where required by law or applicable contract, Creators will receive notice of material changes.

Continued participation after the effective date of validly implemented changes constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

27. CREATOR ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By selecting "I Agree," enabling Creator monetization, or participating in a MEAAGE monetization program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are eligible to participate in the applicable Creator program.
• You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable MEAAGE policies.
• Your content and monetization activities must be lawful and authorized.
• All adult/sexual, hateful, and violent content is strictly ineligible for monetization.
• You understand that permitted content is not necessarily eligible for revenue generation.
• You understand that earnings and payouts are subject to applicable program terms.
• MEAAGE may restrict or terminate monetization privileges for violations.
• You remain responsible for applicable taxes, disclosures, and legal obligations.

SCHEDULE B — MANDATORY CREATOR MONETIZATION CONTENT RULE

MEAAGE HAS A ZERO-MONETIZATION POLICY FOR ADULT/SEXUAL, HATEFUL, AND VIOLENT CONTENT.

Creators must not earn or solicit money, tips, virtual gifts, subscriptions, paid access fees, advertising revenue, sponsorships, or affiliate commissions from such content through MEAAGE.

This restriction applies to all current and future monetization features.

Violations may result in immediate monetization restrictions, content removal, account suspension, or termination, subject to applicable law.
