1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the MEAAGE Affiliate & Referral Program ("Program"), operated by Reliable Web, Inc., a Texas corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas, United States.

MEAAGE is a global social networking, professional networking, entertainment, dating, and business platform designed to connect individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals, content creators, and communities worldwide.

The Affiliate & Referral Program allows eligible members to earn commissions by introducing new users to MEAAGE and referring qualifying customers to approved paid memberships, products, or services.

These Affiliate & Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern participation in the Program, including eligibility, referral tracking, commission calculations, earnings, payments, withdrawals, prohibited activities, and enforcement.

Throughout this Agreement, "MEAAGE," "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Reliable Web, Inc. “Reliable Web®” "Affiliate," "Referrer," "Participant," "you," and "your" refer to individuals or entities participating in the Program.

By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the MEAAGE Affiliate & Referral Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable MEAAGE policies.

Participation is also subject to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and other applicable agreements.

2. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The MEAAGE Affiliate & Referral Program is designed to:

• Reward eligible members for introducing new users to MEAAGE.
• Encourage legitimate membership growth.
• Support community development and business networking.
• Promote approved VIP memberships and premium services.
• Provide eligible members with opportunities to earn referral commissions.
• Encourage responsible and transparent promotion of the Platform.

The Program is based on genuine customer referrals and qualifying transactions.

MEAAGE does not operate a pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing compensation structure, or investment-based recruitment program.

Participants are compensated only for qualifying activities expressly authorized under the Program.

3. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY

To participate, an Affiliate must:

1. Be at least eighteen (18) years old.
2. Maintain an active MEAAGE account in good standing.
3. Provide accurate account and payment information.
4. Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Reside in a jurisdiction where the Program is available.
6. Complete required identity or payment verification.
7. Agree to these Affiliate & Referral Program Terms.
8. Refrain from fraudulent or prohibited promotional activities.
9. Satisfy applicable tax documentation requirements.
10. Comply with MEAAGE's Acceptable Use Policy.

MEAAGE may restrict participation where required by law, payment-provider rules, or legitimate fraud prevention and compliance requirements.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee earnings.

4. HOW THE AFFILIATE & REFERRAL PROGRAM WORKS

4.1 Affiliate Enrollment

Eligible MEAAGE members may participate in the Program through the referral or affiliate section of their user dashboard.

Where enrollment approval is required, participation begins after MEAAGE confirms eligibility.

4.2 Unique Referral Link or Code

MEAAGE may provide Affiliates with:

• A unique referral link.
• A referral code.
• Approved promotional materials.
• Referral tracking tools.
• An Affiliate dashboard.
• Commission and earnings reports.

Affiliates may share authorized referral links or codes through lawful promotional channels.

4.3 Qualifying Referrals

A qualifying referral generally occurs when:

1. A new user accesses MEAAGE through a valid Affiliate referral link or code.
2. The user registers a legitimate account.
3. The user completes an eligible paid VIP membership purchase or another expressly qualifying transaction.
4. Payment is successfully processed.
5. The transaction satisfies applicable fraud prevention and verification requirements.
6. The transaction is not canceled, refunded, reversed, or charged back.
7. All applicable Program conditions are satisfied.

A free account registration alone does not automatically generate a payable commission unless MEAAGE expressly authorizes such a reward.

4.4 Referral Attribution

Referral attribution will be determined by MEAAGE's authorized tracking system.

Attribution may depend on referral links, codes, cookies, account records, or other approved tracking methods.

The applicable attribution rules, including any referral window or treatment of multiple referrals, will be disclosed in the Program dashboard or relevant promotional terms.

MEAAGE does not guarantee attribution where tracking is blocked, incomplete, or otherwise unavailable.

5. AFFILIATE COMMISSION STRUCTURE

5.1 Referral Commission

Eligible Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying VIP membership purchases or other approved transactions.

The standard referral commission is 10% of the qualifying VIP membership payment, unless a different rate is expressly disclosed in the applicable Program schedule or promotion.

For example, where a qualifying VIP membership payment is $100 and the applicable commission rate is 10%, the Affiliate's commission would be $10 before any legally required withholding or expressly applicable adjustments.

5.2 One-Time Referral Commission

Unless MEAAGE expressly announces a recurring commission arrangement, the standard Affiliate reward is a one-time commission on the referred user's first qualifying VIP membership purchase.

Renewals, subsequent purchases, and upgrades do not automatically generate additional commissions.

5.3 Qualifying Commission Base

Commissions are calculated on the eligible membership payment amount, excluding separately stated taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and other amounts excluded under the disclosed Program schedule.

Any additional commission deductions or calculation adjustments must be disclosed in the applicable Program terms.

5.4 Additional Commission Opportunities

MEAAGE may introduce special promotions or referral opportunities involving other approved products or services.

Such opportunities may have different:

• Commission percentages.
• Eligibility conditions.
• Promotional periods.
• Payment schedules.
• Qualifying transaction requirements.

Additional opportunities are not effective until officially announced or published by MEAAGE.

5.5 No Guaranteed Earnings

MEAAGE does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of referrals.
• A minimum conversion rate.
• Guaranteed commissions.
• A specific income level.
• Continuous availability of the Program.

Affiliate earnings depend on legitimate qualifying transactions and compliance with these Terms.

6. AFFILIATE DASHBOARD AND EARNINGS

MEAAGE may provide an Affiliate dashboard where participants can access:

• Unique referral links or codes.
• Referral activity.
• Qualifying referrals.
• Pending commissions.
• Approved commissions.
• Paid commissions.
• Reversed or canceled commissions.
• Available withdrawal balances.
• Payment and withdrawal history.

Commission records are subject to verification and reconciliation.

Displayed pending earnings do not necessarily constitute finalized or immediately payable compensation.

7. COMMISSION APPROVAL AND VALIDATION

Referral commissions may remain pending while MEAAGE verifies:

• Successful payment processing.
• Referral attribution.
• Transaction eligibility.
• Refund or chargeback status.
• Account authenticity.
• Compliance with Program rules.

MEAAGE may reject or reverse commissions associated with invalid, fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or unauthorized transactions.

Valid, approved commissions will be handled according to the disclosed payment schedule and applicable law.

8. AFFILIATE PAYMENTS AND WITHDRAWALS

8.1 Withdrawal Availability

Eligible Affiliates may request withdrawals through the referral or earnings section of their MEAAGE dashboard, where the feature is available.

8.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, Affiliates may be required to:

1. Complete identity verification.
2. Provide accurate payout information.
3. Satisfy applicable tax documentation requirements.
4. Meet the disclosed minimum withdrawal threshold.
5. Maintain an account in good standing.
6. Comply with payment-provider requirements.

8.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The applicable minimum withdrawal threshold, if any, will be displayed in the Affiliate dashboard or published Program schedule before withdrawals are requested.

8.4 Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include authorized electronic payment services or other supported payout channels.

Payment methods vary by country, payment provider, and Program availability.

8.5 Processing Time

Withdrawal processing times will be disclosed through the relevant payment interface or Program schedule.

Actual settlement times may depend on financial institutions, verification procedures, and payment providers.

8.6 Payment Holds

MEAAGE may temporarily delay payments when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal and payment-provider requirements.

Payment holds and releases will be administered in accordance with applicable law.

8.7 Valid Earned Commissions

MEAAGE will not automatically confiscate valid, approved, and legally payable commissions solely because an Affiliate's account is closed.

Final payments remain subject to lawful deductions, legitimate chargebacks, and applicable Program conditions.

9. PROHIBITED AFFILIATE ACTIVITIES

Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized promotional practices.

Prohibited activities include:

9.1 Fraudulent Referrals

• Creating fake accounts.
• Registering fictitious users.
• Using stolen identities.
• Generating artificial transactions.
• Manipulating referral records.
• Creating accounts solely to generate commissions.

9.2 Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not use their own referral links or codes to earn commissions on their own purchases or on accounts they control.

9.3 Spam and Unsolicited Promotions

Affiliates must not send unlawful or unauthorized bulk messages, emails, text messages, or other promotional communications.

All marketing must comply with applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, and electronic communications laws.

9.4 Misleading Advertising

Affiliates must not:

• Guarantee earnings.
• Make false income claims.
• Misrepresent membership benefits.
• Advertise nonexistent promotions.
• Impersonate MEAAGE representatives.
• Make false statements about Platform ownership or operations.

9.5 Unauthorized Brand Use

Affiliates may not use MEAAGE's name, trademarks, logos, or branding in a misleading manner.

Use of approved promotional materials must comply with MEAAGE's brand guidelines.

9.6 Referral Manipulation

Affiliates may not:

• Use bots to generate registrations.
• Manipulate cookies or tracking codes.
• Engage in unauthorized cookie stuffing.
• Divert referrals through deceptive redirects.
• Purchase fraudulent conversions.
• Circumvent referral attribution controls.

9.7 Unauthorized Incentives

Affiliates may not offer deceptive incentives, unauthorized rebates, or misleading rewards to induce purchases.

Any permitted incentives must comply with applicable laws and Program rules.

10. STRICT PROHIBITION ON ADULT, SEXUAL, HATEFUL, OR VIOLENT CONTENT MONETIZATION

MEAAGE STRICTLY PROHIBITS ALL MONETIZATION OF ADULT/SEXUAL, HATEFUL, OR VIOLENT CONTENT.

Affiliates may not earn commissions through activities involving:

• Pornography or sexually explicit material.
• Adult entertainment subscriptions.
• Commercial sexual services.
• Sexually explicit live streams or video chats.
• Hateful or discriminatory content.
• Violent extremist propaganda.
• Graphic violence promoted for entertainment or exploitation.
• Criminal violence or unlawful activities.
• Any other prohibited content identified in MEAAGE's Acceptable Use Policy.

This restriction includes direct and indirect monetization.

Affiliates may not redirect MEAAGE members to external websites or payment services to generate revenue from prohibited content.

Educational, historical, journalistic, or artistic discussions that may otherwise be permitted on MEAAGE do not automatically qualify for monetization.

Violations may result in commission reversal where legally permitted, suspension of Affiliate privileges, account termination, or other appropriate action.

11. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Affiliates must promote MEAAGE truthfully and professionally.

Promotional content must:

• Accurately describe MEAAGE services.
• Clearly identify applicable membership prices and conditions.
• Avoid deceptive earnings claims.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Comply with advertising laws.
• Avoid prohibited content.
• Include legally required affiliate disclosures.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official spokespersons of Reliable Web, Inc. without written authorization.

12. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

Affiliates must disclose material financial relationships when promoting MEAAGE, as required by applicable law.

For example, an Affiliate may use the following disclosure:

"I may earn a commission when you sign up for an eligible MEAAGE VIP membership through my referral link."

Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and appropriately placed.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable Federal Trade Commission endorsement requirements and equivalent advertising regulations in other jurisdictions.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL MARKETING

Affiliates may promote MEAAGE through lawful channels, including:

• Personal websites.
• Blogs.
• Social media.
• Video content.
• Email communications where legally authorized.
• Professional networking.
• Community recommendations.
• Other approved promotional channels.

Affiliates must not:

• Use deceptive clickbait.
• Impersonate MEAAGE.
• Create misleading official accounts.
• Use unauthorized paid advertisements involving MEAAGE trademarks.
• Engage in unlawful messaging campaigns.
• Promote MEAAGE through prohibited content or activities.

14. PAID ADVERTISING AND SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING

Affiliates wishing to promote MEAAGE through paid advertising must comply with applicable advertising policies and any MEAAGE brand restrictions.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Affiliates may not:

• Bid on MEAAGE trademarks in paid search campaigns in a manner likely to cause confusion.
• Register misleading domains using MEAAGE branding.
• Create advertisements falsely suggesting official Company sponsorship.
• Redirect traffic through deceptive landing pages.
• Use unauthorized promotional claims.

MEAAGE may restrict advertising practices that create brand confusion, legal risk, or consumer harm.

15. AFFILIATE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MEAAGE grants eligible Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved Program promotional materials solely for lawful participation in the Program.

Affiliates must not modify official branding in ways that misrepresent the Company.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Reliable Web, Inc. or the applicable rights holder.

Upon termination of Program participation, Affiliates must discontinue unauthorized use of Program materials.

16. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Affiliates must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Affiliates may not:

• Collect personal information through deceptive methods.
• Sell or disclose referral data without authorization.
• Harvest MEAAGE user information.
• Use referral information for unlawful marketing.
• Misuse tracking technologies.
• Share sensitive information without a lawful basis.

Affiliates operating their own websites or marketing systems are responsible for applicable privacy notices, consent requirements, and security safeguards.

MEAAGE's Privacy Policy governs personal information processed by Reliable Web, Inc. in connection with the Program.

17. TAXES AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Affiliates are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying applicable taxes on their commission income.

MEAAGE may request tax documentation and issue applicable tax reporting forms where required by law.

MEAAGE or its payment partners may withhold taxes when legally required.

Affiliates are encouraged to consult qualified tax professionals regarding their individual obligations.

18. INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATE PARTICIPATION

MEAAGE may make the Program available in multiple countries.

Participation may be restricted by:

• Local laws.
• Payment-provider availability.
• Sanctions requirements.
• Tax regulations.
• Identity verification requirements.
• Consumer protection rules.
• Operational limitations.

MEAAGE may suspend or restrict Program availability in particular jurisdictions where necessary.

19. INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE STATUS

Affiliates participate as independent promoters.

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Affiliate and Reliable Web, Inc.

Affiliates are not authorized to bind MEAAGE to contracts or obligations.

Nothing in this section overrides a legal classification required by applicable law.

20. PROGRAM MONITORING AND FRAUD PREVENTION

MEAAGE may use lawful technical systems and account reviews to detect:

• Fraudulent referrals.
• Duplicate accounts.
• Suspicious transaction patterns.
• Unauthorized promotional activity.
• Artificial registrations.
• Commission manipulation.
• Violations of Program rules.

MEAAGE may investigate suspicious activity and request reasonable verification information.

Affiliates must cooperate with legitimate compliance investigations.

21. COMMISSION REVERSALS AND ADJUSTMENTS

MEAAGE may reverse or adjust commissions associated with:

• Refunded membership purchases.
• Chargebacks.
• Canceled transactions.
• Duplicate commissions.
• Fraudulent referrals.
• Unauthorized self-referrals.
• Invalid payment transactions.
• Other expressly disqualified transactions under the Program.

MEAAGE will administer adjustments in accordance with applicable law and disclosed Program terms.

22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

MEAAGE may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation for:

• Material violations of this Agreement.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Repeated spam violations.
• Misleading promotional practices.
• Unauthorized brand use.
• Prohibited monetization.
• Security or legal compliance concerns.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension without prior notice where legally permitted.

Affiliates may discontinue participation through available Program controls or official support channels.

Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop using Program-specific referral materials where required.

Valid, approved, and legally payable commissions will be settled according to applicable law and Program terms.

23. AFFILIATE APPEALS AND DISPUTES

Affiliates may request review of commission disputes or enforcement decisions through available MEAAGE support channels.

MEAAGE may evaluate:

• Referral records.
• Transaction information.
• Payment status.
• Fraud indicators.
• Program compliance.
• Relevant supporting evidence.

Submitting a dispute does not guarantee that a commission will be approved or an enforcement decision reversed.

24. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

Reliable Web, Inc. may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate & Referral Program.

Changes may include:

• Commission rates.
• Eligible products or services.
• Referral attribution rules.
• Withdrawal thresholds.
• Payout schedules.
• Geographic eligibility.
• Promotional requirements.

Material changes will be disclosed as required by law and applicable agreements.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise legally permitted and expressly agreed.

Valid, accrued commissions will not be retroactively eliminated solely because the Program changes.

25. DISCLAIMERS

MEAAGE does not guarantee that participation in the Program will result in any particular income or business outcome.

The Program is provided subject to availability, applicable law, and the disclaimers contained in MEAAGE's Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reliable Web, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

Any applicable liability limitations are subject to MEAAGE's Terms of Service and applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

27. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Affiliates agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reliable Web, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and authorized representatives against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Unlawful Affiliate marketing.
• Misleading advertisements.
• Unauthorized intellectual property use.
• Fraudulent referral activity.
• Material breaches of this Agreement.
• Violations of applicable privacy or advertising laws.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from MEAAGE's own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.

28. GOVERNING LAW

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved according to the applicable dispute resolution provisions of MEAAGE's Terms of Service, subject to mandatory legal protections.

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

MEAAGE may update these Terms to reflect changes in laws, Program features, payment arrangements, or business operations.

Updated Terms will be published on MEAAGE.com.

Where required by law, MEAAGE will provide notice of material changes.

Continued participation after validly implemented changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

31. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By enrolling in or participating in the MEAAGE Affiliate & Referral Program, you acknowledge that:

1. You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
2. You have read and agree to these Terms.
3. You will promote MEAAGE lawfully and truthfully.
4. You understand that commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions.
5. You will not engage in fraudulent referrals or artificial activity.
6. You will comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements.
7. You understand that all adult/sexual, hateful, and violent content is strictly prohibited from monetization.
8. You understand that payments are subject to applicable verification and payout requirements.
9. You will comply with all applicable MEAAGE policies.

I understand that referral commissions are earned only from qualifying transactions and that fraudulent referrals and monetization of adult/sexual, hateful, or violent content are prohibited.
