Non-explicit educational discussions concerning sexual health, relationships, reproductive health, or sexuality may be permitted when lawful, age-appropriate, and consistent with MEAAGE's Community Guidelines.

However, no adult-oriented or sexual content may be monetized through MEAAGE, even where certain non-explicit educational discussions are otherwise permitted.

4.2 Hateful, Discriminatory, and Extremist Content

MEAAGE prohibits content or activities that promote hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, intimidation, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including:

• Race or ethnicity.
• National origin.
• Religion or belief.
• Sex, gender, or gender identity.
• Sexual orientation.
• Disability.
• Age or other characteristics protected by applicable law.

Prohibited activities include:

• Hate speech and dehumanizing attacks.
• Promotion or glorification of violent extremist organizations.
• Advocacy of genocide, ethnic cleansing, or identity-based violence.
• Threats, targeted harassment, or intimidation.
• Recruitment, fundraising, or commercial promotion for hateful or violent extremist organizations.

Good-faith educational, historical, journalistic, artistic, or counter speech discussions may be permitted when they do not promote hatred or violence.

4.3 Violent, Graphic, and Dangerous Content

MEAAGE prohibits:

• Credible threats of physical harm.
• Incitement, encouragement, or coordination of violence.
• Graphic depictions of extreme violence shared for shock, intimidation, or glorification.
• Content celebrating real-world killings, torture, terrorism, or violent attacks.
• Instructions intended to facilitate violent criminal conduct.
• Recruitment or fundraising for violent criminal organizations.
• Promotion of violent challenges or dangerous activities likely to cause serious harm.
• Videos depicting cruelty or deliberate abuse of people or animals for entertainment.

MEAAGE may permit appropriately contextualized news reporting, documentary material, educational discussions, or fictional artistic depictions that do not glorify or encourage real-world violence.

Such exceptions do not create any entitlement to monetization.

4.4 Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse

Users may not engage in:

• Cyberbullying, stalking, or targeted harassment.
• Threatening or abusive communications.
• Repeated unwanted contact.
• Doxxing or publishing private information without authorization.
• Impersonation intended to deceive or harm.
• Coordinated harassment campaigns.
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual advances.

4.5 Fraud, Scams, and Deceptive Conduct

MEAAGE strictly prohibits:

• Financial scams, phishing, and identity theft.
• Fake investment opportunities or fraudulent crowdfunding campaigns.
• Pyramid schemes and unlawful financial arrangements.
• Fraudulent job advertisements.
• Fake products, counterfeit goods, or misleading business listings.
• Unauthorized fundraising or impersonation of charities.
• Manipulation of payment systems, affiliate commissions, or referral rewards.
• False representations intended to obtain money, information, or services.

4.6 Illegal and Restricted Goods or Services

Users may not advertise, sell, facilitate, or distribute goods or services prohibited by applicable law or MEAAGE's payment and commerce policies.

Restricted categories may include illegal drugs, unlawfully sold weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit products, human trafficking services, and other unlawful products or activities.

Additional restrictions may apply to regulated goods, financial products, medical services, and age-restricted merchandise.

5. STRICT MONETIZATION POLICY

5.1 Zero Monetization for Adult, Hateful, or Violent Content

MEAAGE strictly prohibits monetization of ALL adult or sexual content, hateful content, and violent content.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is posted publicly, shared privately, distributed through live streaming, or accessed through a membership, group, or other Platform feature.

No user, creator, business, advertiser, affiliate, or third party may directly or indirectly generate revenue through MEAAGE from these prohibited monetization categories.

5.2 Prohibited Monetization Methods

The restriction includes, without limitation:

1. Paid subscriptions: Charging members for access to adult, sexual, hateful, or violent content.
2. Live-stream monetization: Receiving payment for broadcasts featuring prohibited content.
3. Tips and virtual gifts: Soliciting or accepting tips, gifts, tokens, or financial rewards connected to prohibited content.
4. Paid video chats: Charging for sexual interactions, hateful performances, or violent activities through Live Mingle or similar features.
5. Advertising revenue: Generating income from advertisements displayed alongside or associated with prohibited content.
6. Marketplace sales: Selling prohibited content, products, services, or access.
7. Crowdfunding: Raising funds to create, promote, distribute, or support prohibited content or activities.
8. Affiliate commissions: Earning referral commissions from prohibited content, services, or external destinations.
9. Paid groups and memberships: Charging admission or membership fees for communities primarily providing prohibited content.
10. External payment redirection: Directing MEAAGE users to third-party payment platforms, websites, or services to monetize prohibited content.
11. Sponsorships and endorsements: Receiving compensation for promoting prohibited content or activities.
12. Digital downloads and premium access: Selling downloadable files, recordings, digital products, or restricted access associated with prohibited content.

5.3 Educational, Artistic, and Journalistic Exceptions

Certain non-explicit educational, artistic, documentary, journalistic, or public-interest discussions involving sexuality, discrimination, or violence may be allowed under the Platform's content rules.

Nevertheless, MEAAGE reserves the right to prohibit monetization of any such content, including otherwise permissible material, whenever it falls within the adult/sexual, hateful, or violent content categories.

MEAAGE may distinguish between legitimate discussions of sensitive topics and content that promotes, exploits, sensationalizes, or commercializes those topics.

For avoidance of doubt, permission to publish content does not constitute permission to monetize it.

5.4 Monetization Enforcement

When a violation is detected, MEAAGE may:

• Immediately disable monetization on the affected content.
• Remove associated advertisements or sponsorships.
• Suspend eligibility for creator payments or revenue sharing.
• Restrict paid subscriptions, tips, gifts, or transactions.
• Withhold unsettled payments where permitted by law and applicable payment terms.
• Reverse fraudulent or unauthorized transactions where legally and contractually permitted.
• Suspend or terminate monetization privileges.
• Remove prohibited content.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account responsible.
• Refer suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities when legally required or justified.

Any refund, payment hold, forfeiture, or reversal will be governed by applicable law, payment-provider requirements, and MEAAGE's relevant payment agreements.

MEAAGE does not guarantee monetization eligibility, revenue generation, or continued access to monetization tools.

6. LIVE STREAMING AND LIVE MINGLE RULES

MEAAGE provides interactive communication features, including live streaming and Live Mingle video chat.

Users must not:

• Broadcast sexually explicit performances.
• Engage in paid sexual video interactions.
• Stream violence, abuse, or dangerous criminal activity.
• Threaten or harass participants.
• Record or distribute private conversations without legally required consent.
• Use video chat to exploit, manipulate, or extort other users.
• Encourage self-harm or violence.
• Promote illegal services or fraudulent financial schemes.
• Use live sessions to redirect viewers toward prohibited paid content.

MEAAGE may remove broadcasts, restrict live-streaming access, investigate reports, and suspend accounts for violations.

Users should not assume that live or private video interactions are exempt from this Policy.

7. DATING AND SOCIAL DISCOVERY

MEAAGE may provide dating, relationship-building, and social discovery features.

Users participating in these services must:

• Communicate respectfully and obtain appropriate consent.
• Avoid harassment, coercion, and deceptive practices.
• Refrain from sexual exploitation or commercial sexual solicitation.
• Avoid impersonation, romance scams, and financial manipulation.
• Respect other users' privacy and personal boundaries.
• Comply with applicable age and eligibility requirements.

MEAAGE prohibits using its dating features to advertise or arrange prostitution, commercial sexual services, or paid sexual encounters.

Dating and social discovery features are intended for eligible adults unless MEAAGE expressly establishes another lawful eligibility standard.

8. BUSINESS DIRECTORY AND MARKETPLACE

Businesses, sellers, and service providers must:

Users creating crowdfunding campaigns must ensure that:

• Funds are solicited for lawful purposes.
• Organizers have authority to conduct the campaign.
• Beneficiaries and intended uses of funds are accurately represented.
• Applicable fundraising, charitable solicitation, and financial regulations are followed.

Crowdfunding may not be used to finance:

• Adult sexual entertainment or pornography.
• Hateful organizations or hateful content.
• Violent extremist groups or criminal activities.
• Fraudulent or deceptive projects.
• Other activities prohibited by this Policy.

MEAAGE may request verification documents, restrict campaigns, or suspend fundraising privileges where reasonably necessary.

10. COMMUNITY GROUPS AND EVENTS

Community administrators, organizers, and event hosts are responsible for maintaining lawful and respectful environments.

Groups and events must not be created primarily to:

• Promote hatred or unlawful discrimination.
• Facilitate criminal conduct.
• Organize harassment or violent attacks.
• Distribute sexually explicit content.
• Recruit participants for prohibited commercial sexual services.
• Raise money for violent extremist activities.

MEAAGE may remove groups, cancel Platform listings, restrict organizers, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.

11. JOBS AND PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING

Employers, recruiters, and job seekers must conduct themselves lawfully and professionally.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Fraudulent job listings.
• Employment-related scams.
• Human trafficking or exploitative recruitment.
• Unlawful discriminatory job advertisements.
• Requests for unauthorized personal or financial information.
• Misrepresentation of employment opportunities, compensation, or qualifications.

All job advertisements must comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

12. SPAM, AUTOMATION, AND PLATFORM MANIPULATION

Users must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Operate unauthorized bots or automated accounts.
• Artificially inflate followers, views, likes, engagement, or referrals.
• Manipulate creator earnings or advertising metrics.
• Create fake accounts for fraudulent activity.
• Conduct unauthorized scraping or data harvesting.
• Circumvent Platform security or access controls.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or malicious code.
• Interfere with Platform operations or other users' access.

MEAAGE may apply technical restrictions and account enforcement measures to protect Platform integrity.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Users must respect copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, and other intellectual property rights.

Users may not upload or distribute content they do not own or have permission or another lawful basis to use.

This includes unauthorized reproduction of films, music, photographs, software, artwork, and other protected works.

MEAAGE may remove infringing content and restrict repeat infringers in accordance with applicable law and its intellectual property procedures.

14. PRIVACY, PERSONAL DATA, AND SECURITY

Users must not:

• Collect or disclose another person's private information without authorization or a lawful basis.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Share stolen passwords, financial information, or identity documents.
• Engage in identity theft or account takeover.
• Publish sensitive personal information to harass, threaten, or exploit others.
• Misuse information obtained through Platform interactions.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

15. CHILD SAFETY AND PROTECTION OF MINORS

MEAAGE maintains strict prohibitions against child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, and trafficking.

Prohibited activities include:

• Creating, uploading, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material.

Users must comply with applicable minimum age requirements. Certain features may be restricted to adults aged 18 or older.

16. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL STANDARDS

Advertisements and sponsored content must be truthful, lawful, and consistent with MEAAGE's advertising requirements.

MEAAGE prohibits advertisements that:

• Promote pornography or commercial sexual services.
• Promote hateful ideologies or violent extremist organizations.
• Encourage criminal violence.
• Promote fraudulent products or deceptive schemes.
• Violate applicable consumer protection laws.

MEAAGE may reject, remove, or suspend advertisements at its discretion, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

17. AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL PROGRAM COMPLIANCE

Users participating in MEAAGE affiliate or referral programs must:

• Use legitimate referral methods.
• Avoid spam and misleading promotions.
• Refrain from creating fraudulent accounts.
• Avoid self-referral abuse or artificial transactions.
